Users agree to the data included in the “Contact” and “On-line request for spare parts” forms to be processed in a personal data file. This information will only be used for the purposes of sending sales information, advertising and/or promotions, subscriptions to informative bulletins, creating statistics, controlling the subscribed services and managing incidents.

The owner and party responsible for the automatic data file is Ecogam, Grupo de Aplicaciones y Mantenimiento Ecológico S.L. The consent given by users to their personal data being processed and assigned shall at all times be revocable and they may exercise their rights of rectification, cancellation and opposition under the terms set forth in the legislation on data protection. To do this they may send a signed letter to: Ecogam, Grupo de Aplicaciones y Mantenimiento Ecológico S.L., C/ Mèxic, 20, 08173 St Cugat del Vallés, Barcelona (Spain), or send an un e-mail to: info@ecogam.es indicating, in both cases, all contact data necessary so that Ecogam can send confirmation of its actions, in accordance with their request.
